Angela Coulter Diaz, LCSW
When life gives you lemons, I help you figure out what to do with them next.
Your world changed in the blink of an eye, and now, you need to figure out how to move forward...
When everything changed, you were so busy taking care of everyone and everything else around you, that you didn't really have a chance to catch your breath. With all your focus needed elsewhere, your well-being just wasn't your priority. But you've noticed the longer you set aside your own needs, the bigger a toll it's starting to take. You've been meaning to take care of yourself, but you just haven't had the energy to do ONE. MORE. THING. And you don't even know where to begin.

But what if you did tap into some support for yourself? How much more energy and peace would you find? How much lighter would it feel to find better balance with all that life is demanding of you right now?

I'm here to help give you a space to pause, regroup, and figure out your next steps in moving forward.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
